With a skilled team of 80 professionals and a commitment to technical excellence and customer service, we have become a trusted partner to corporate kitchens, food processors and service providers nationwide.

Joining JLA marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. JLA, backed by global private equity firm Cinven, supports over 25,000 customers and offers innovative "Total Care" solutions across laundry, catering, heating and more. This strategic partnership enables Brodericks to tap into JLA’s scale, resources and customer-first approach, enhancing our ability to deliver comprehensive service and value to clients across Ireland.

Alongside this development, we are delighted to welcome Grace O’Shaughnessy as our new Chief Executive Officer. A respected leader in the food and beverage sector, Grace brings extensive experience from her time as Managing Director of Java Republic and senior roles at Lir Chocolates and Kylemore Foods. Her appointment signals our continued focus on customer excellence and sustainable growth.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to outgoing Joint Managing Directors Catherine Hayes and Declan Godfrey for their years of leadership.
