For nearly 100 years Brodericks has been providing specific, tailored solutions to the foodservice industry in Ireland. We specialise in the design and installation of new kitchen schemes and the repair and service of all types of foodservice equipment. Whatever your requirement; we help you get the best from your commercial kitchen with expert, open advice gained directly from experience.

 

Our designers are on hand to guide you through the most suitable equipment and project solutions. Our Service Desk will log any breakdowns, arrange for an engineer to attend your site and keep you fully informed of the progress of the call from start to completion.

Creating World-Class Catering Environments

Grace O Shaughnessy

CEO

Grace recently joined as CEO, bringing 15+ years of executive experience in Ireland’s food and beverage industry. Former MD of Java Republic, she now leads Brodericks’ strategy and operations. Grace holds an Executive MBA from DCU Business School.

Diarmuid Brady

Senior Contracts Manager

Diarmuid has been Contracts Manager at Brodericks for over 25 years, leading major projects like Google Boland’s Quay, LinkedIn, Center Parcs, and more. He holds a Diploma in Construction Economics and has trained at the Irish Management Institute.

David Reynolds

BIM Manager

David is BIM Lead at Brodericks, driving project-specific BIM strategies and leading all major BIM efforts with a focus on precision and efficiency. He holds an Advanced Credit in Revit and AutoCAD.

Catherine Hayes

After Sales Service and Preventative Maintenance

Catherine brings 20+ years of experience at Brodericks, previously serving as Joint MD. She has led major contracts including Intel and Google sites, and now oversees maintenance and warranties. She holds a Civil Engineering degree and an MBA from UCD.

Gareth Byrne

Head of Catering Capital

Gareth began at Brodericks over 30 years ago as a Draftsman and CAD operator. He now leads Catering Sales, overseeing operations, design, and product selection, and has delivered major projects from concept to site installation.

Paul O’Sullivan

Managing Director Brodericks South

Paul has 37 years’ experience in refrigeration and catering, joining Brodericks in 2015 after merging his company, Caterman. A former MD of Quipman, he has led major projects including BT Newcastle, Boston Scientific, and Edward Life Science.

Karl White
