Dromoland Castle
Broderick Bros were instrumental in the redesign of our Golf Club kitchen, working closely with me to expand and optimise the space. The new layout, with designated prep areas, a larger cooking line, and improved food pass, has transformed our ability to handle both large events and the Restaurant efficiently. They also renovated the banquet wash-up and beverage areas in the main Castle and installed new cold and freezer rooms. To this day, they continue to supply top- quality catering and refrigeration equipment across all our sites. Their expertise and attention to detail make them a valued partner.
