At Manor Farm, creating a space that truly works for people was at the heart of this project.
We transformed a large, open first-floor canteen with a dated, domestic-style kitchen into a modern, fully equipped commercial kitchen and dining space. The result is a far more efficient environment that can comfortably cater for more people, with a wider variety of food options and streamlined service through new self-service counters.

Behind the scenes, we also installed new cold rooms, upgraded extraction systems, and introduced air conditioning units, ensuring the kitchen performs as well as it looks.

This project is a great example of how a well-designed, smoothly run kitchen can make a real difference, improving flow, reducing pressure on staff, and enhancing the daily experience for everyone using the space.
